U.S. ARMY RESERVE (USAR)
Ensures the Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN) USAR perspectives are fully integrated into the development of emerging doctrine, leader development, and force structure impacting the manning, equipping, training, readiness, mobilization and deployability of CBRN USAR units and Soldiers; provide the Chief of Chemical timely and accurate perspectives on personnel, equipment, training, and deployment issues that pertain to the CBRN Army Reserve Community.
