MISSION STATEMENT:
Fox Company, 2nd Battalion, 10th Infantry Regiment conducts Basic Combat Training (BCT) to provide United States Army Reserve (USAR) units an opportunity to develop effective Drill Sergeants capable of transitioning culturally diverse individuals into the professional uniformity of the Army who: have disciplined character and embody the Army Values; are instilled with the Warrior Ethos and are motivated to further their development in Advanced Initial Training (AIT).PHILOSOPHY:
