
Chief Warrant Officer Four Victoria RamageGarcia
Chief Warrant Officer Four Victoria RamageGarcia currently serves as the Command Chief Warrant Officer of 20th CBRNE Command. She enlisted in the Army as Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) Specialist in 2004, attending One Station Unit Training at Fort Leonard Wood, MO. In 2012 CW4 RamageGarcia transitioned to the warrant officer cohort as one of the first female CBRN Warrant Officers in the United States Army.
Throughout her 21+ year military career, CW4 RamageGarcia has served in a variety of leadership and staff positions. Her assignments include: 31st (BIDS) Chemical Company, Fort Hood, TX 2005-2007; Command Driver/Operations Specialist, HHC, 2nd CM BN, Fort Hood, TX 2007-2008; Assistant Sqd. Leader/FOX operator, HHBn 3BSTB, 1CD Fort Hood, TX & Mosul, Iraq 2008-2010; Squad Leader in 172nd CM Co at Fort Riley, KS 2010-2012; Rear-Detachment S3 OIC, 303rd MI BN, Fort Hood, TX 2012-2014; Battalion CBRN Technician 22nd CM BN, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 2014-2016; Assistant Team Leader/Operations Officer, 46th CM Co (TE), Fort Bliss, TX 2016-2019; CBRN/WMD Staff Planner, U.S. Army Nuclear Countering WMD Agency (USANCA) HQDA G-3/5/7, Fort Belvoir, VA 2019-2022; Division CBRN Technician, 2nd Infantry Division, Camp Humphreys, South Korea 2022-2023; and CBRN Technician, WMD Coordination Team (WCT), APG, MD 2023-2024.
CW4 RamageGarcia completed one voluntary deployment to Mosul, Iraq with HHBn, 3rd Brigade Special Troops Battalion (Grey Wolf), 1st Calvary Division from 2008-2009 where she served as and was rated as an 11B Infantry Soldier; executed over 60 patrols and completed two missions resulting in the removal of over 130,000lbs of homemade explosives (HME) from the Iraqi theater.
Her military education includes Master Breachers Course, CBRN Warrant Officer Advance Course (WOAC), Warrant Officer Intermediate Level Education (WOILE) phase I and Tech, NATO’s Activities Countering WMD in Military Operations, CWMD Advisors, Civil Support Skills Course (CSSC), Theater Nuclear Operations, Nuclear Weapons Orientation, Technical Escort Course, and the McConnel Strategic Broadening Seminar in Louisville, KY.
Her civilian education includes an Associates in General Education from Central Texas College; a bachelor’s in occupational safety and health w/ emphasis on environmental science through Columbia Southern University and a graduate certificate and master’s degree in Strategic Studies w/ emphasis on Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) thru the National Defense University CWMD Fellowship ICW with Missouri State University. Of note, CW4 RamageGarcia has been the only CBRN Warrant Officer to be selected for the National Defense University (NDU) CWMD Fellowship.
Her awards and decorations include the Meritorious Service Medal (4 OLC), Army Commendation Medal (4 OLC), Army Achievement Medal (4 OLC), Meritorious Unit Commendation, the Joint Staff Badge, Good Conduct Medal (2) National Defense Service Medal, Iraqi Campaign Medal (2 Stars), Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Korean Defense Service Medal, Armed Forces Service Medal, Army Service Ribbon, and Overseas Service Ribbon.
