Command Sergeant Major Cory M. Plunk is a native of Nashville, Tennessee. He enlisted in the United States Army in May 2003 as an Infantryman (11B) and attended One Station Unit Training and Airborne School at Fort Benning, Georgia.
CSM Plunk has served in a wide range of leadership and operational assignments across conventional, airborne, and Stryker formations.
