LTC Matt Giffen
LTC Matt Giffen was commissioned as a Chemical Officer through the Reserve Officer Training Corp (ROTC) upon his graduation from Eastern Michigan University (EMU) (Ypsilanti, MI) in AUG 2006. LTC Giffen’s education includes a Bachelor of Science with a concentration in Social Science from Eastern Michigan University, and a Master of Science with a concentration in Environmental Management from Webster University. His military education includes the Chemical Officer Basic and Captain Career Courses and the Command and General Staff Officers Course.
