Mission: MSCoE Military Equal Opportunity Office supports the Maneuver Support Center of Excellence and Fort Leonard Wood with enhanced leadership and readiness by fostering equal opportunity and awareness programs that support positive human relations through education and training.
Enduring Mission: Sustain Effective units by eliminating discriminatory behaviors or practices that undermine teamwork, mutual respect, loyalty, and the shared sacrifice of the men and women of America's Maneuver Support Center of Excellence.
Bases of complaints include of race, color, religion, national origin, sex (gender identity), or sexual orientation.
Our office provides EO, hazing and bullying, social media/online misconduct, human relations, retaliation/reprisal, gender discrimination, race relations, and sensitivity to hate group activity. We provide lecture, focus groups, activity led training, mediation, and DECOS support.
