Colonel (RET) Tom Duncan
COL(R) Duncan currently serves as a Team Leader and Assistant Professor for the Department of Tactics, U.S. Army Command and General Staff College, following his retirement in January 2022 after more than 34-years of service on active duty in the US Army Chemical Corps and in the Iowa Army National Guard. He also a Director At Large, Chemical Corps Regimental Association.
COL(R) Duncan enlisted in the Iowa Army National Guard (IANG) in 1987. He was commissioned a Second Lieutenant from the University of Northern Iowa in December, 1991. He earned a Master of Science from Webster University in Environmental Management, a Master in Security Studies from Kansas State University, and a Master of Military Arts and Science from the Command and General Staff College. He is also certified as a Project Management Professional through the Project Management Institute.
