POTHOLES 2021
Roads and Grounds will be repairing potholes using hot patch throughout Fort Meade starting July 12th.
Potholes can be reported through the Fort George G. Meade app which is available from any app store and is available for government phones. The app allows you to report the pothole directly to the people who can arrange to fix it. You can also report potholes by emailing Nedra.s.beale.civ@mail.mil and alice.m.price10.civ@mail.mil.
When reporting a pothole, please provide the following information: location (include street name with the (cross-street), pictures if possible, size, and your POC information. The Fort George G. Meade app allows you to take photos of the pothole and make it part of your report.

If you receive any damage due to a pothole and want to submit a claim, you need to provide pictures, date(s) of incident, estimated or cost of repair and receipts. All claims should be submitted to Debra.d.greene2.civ@mail.mil at Fort Meade Claims Division. She is located at building 4217 Morrison Street.
