The Red, White, and Blue Celebration is right around the corner, and we can’t wait for you to join us! A fun event for the whole family, this year's celebration will feature food from a selection of vendors, novelty vendors, a live DJ and a dazzling fireworks display!

When and where will the Red, White and Blue Celebration take place?
The Red, White and Blue Celebration will take place June 28 starting at 4 p.m. for DoD ID cardholders and 6 p.m. for the public at the McGlachlin Parade Field.
Is the event open to the public?
The event is free and open to the public this year. Those who are Non-DoD cardholders must enter through the Mapes/175 gate starting at 5 p.m.
What are visitors required to bring with them?
All visitors ages 18 and older must present valid REAL ID compliant States driver's license or identification card with photo, or a valid US passport. Visitors may be subject to a vehicle and personnel inspection prior to being granted access to the installation.
Where can we park?
DoD-ID cardholders will be directed to parking dependent on which gate they enter.
Non-DoD spectators will be directed to park in the PX parking lot. Once the PX parking lot is full, the Commissary parking lot will be used for overflow parking.
On-post residents are highly encouraged to walk to the event as parking is limited.
If you are a DoD-cardholder who lives on base but wish to drive to the event, please remember to bring your ID card with you as ALL patrons of the event will be directed off base at the end of the event.
What types of vendors will be there? Will there be music this year?
There will be a variety of food vendors, novelty vendors and a DJ at this year’s event. Food vendors may include:

What time do the fireworks start?
Fireworks will start at approximately 9:30 p.m.
Can I bring lawn chairs with me?
Yes, Lawn chairs, picnic blankets, coolers and small canopies are welcome.
Can I bring my pet?
No. Please leave all pets at home.
Is there anything I can’t bring with me?
Grills, sparklers, and glass containers are strictly prohibited.
