Interactive activities designed to assist families in learning developmentally appropriate play techniques to help children 0-5 improve their social, cognitive, and motor skills.

Calling All Dads Workshop

A 4-week workshop to educate fathers on practical parenting skills regarding child development and effective discipline as well as self-care, the role of fathers, and communication skills. This interactive group environment allows fathers to discuss, share concerns, and gain support from one another.

Marriage Financial Readiness Class

Taking your relationship to the next level is a big decision. Marriage is a meaningful commitment to your partner but also a legal and financial one. Starting your new life together on the same financial page will help improve communication and minimize stress later. This course will help you organize your finances to adjust to your new life as a married person. This training satisfies the common military training requirement for Marriage.

Blue Star Families START Reading Program

Sep 22, 2026, 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM

This is a free and unique humanities-based and family-focused program that builds community among military and civilian families with children ages 5 to 13. You’ll enjoy four storytelling, reading, and discussion sessions led by a storyteller and story lover, covering award-winning children’s books on topics such as family,
courage, and community. At the end of each session, families can stay for dinner to continue their discussion of the book club experience.
