New Year's Commit to Being Fit Aerobathon

Features 20 30-minute instructor led sessions and free snacks during breaks. Open to all eligible patrons ages 18+.

10 a.m.- Zumba

10:30 a.m.- HIIT and strength

11 a.m.- Zumba

11:30 a.m.- Spin

12 p.m.- Zumba

12:30 p.m. Yoga

DIY Framing

By reservations only. $10 per hour. One hour minimum required. Payment due at the time of registration. No refunds for no shows or cancellations. Maximum space available for 4 framers. Framing is self-help with minimum instruction available. Reservations must begin and end on the hour. DIYers must have taken beginning framing class to use the facility. Walk-ins welcome if space is available.

Framing supplies available at 25% off the custom framing price. Minimum moulding in stock to purchase. To order moulding, please stop by during our regular business hours, Tuesday-Friday 10 a.m. - 5 p.m., to place an order. Moulding delivers within 8-10 business days. Ample mat board, foam board, glass and finishing supplies available in-house to purchase.

A-Z Come Play With Me

Interactive activities designed to assist families in learning developmentally appropriate play techniques to help children 0-5 improve their social, cognitive, and motor skills.

Location: Family Advocacy Program Center – 2462 85th Medical Battalion Ave., Fort Meade, MD.

Open to: Active Duty, Family Members, Retirees, DoD Civilians and Contractors.

Calling All Dads Workshop

A 4-week workshop to educate fathers on practical parenting skills regarding child development and effective discipline as well as self-care, the role of fathers, and communication skills. This interactive group environment allows fathers to discuss, share concerns, and gain support from one another.

Open to: Active Duty, Family Members, Retirees, DoD Civilians and Contractors.

Location: Virtually via Microsoft Teams or in-person as requested.

Healthy Sleep Habits Class
