IT’S THAT TIME OF YEAR AGAIN!  AER FUNDRAISING CAMPAIGN LAUNCH IS HERE

Army Emergency Relief is designed to relieve financial distress on Soldiers and their Families.

Financial assistance is authorized by your Commander/1SG or the AER Officer.

AER provides no-interest loans. AER Loans save you money.  Zero interest or no fees ever!

Combination of a loan and grant or a full grant may be provided based on individual need/circumstances

*Units if you have not already done so, please identify AER Reps, Primary and Alternate and respond to AER Coordinators CPT Cooke and SSG Turner with Soldiers full name/rank, unit, email and phone number. Email CPT Cooke at breona.n.cooke.mil@mail.mil mailto:breona.n.cooke.mil@mail.mil  and cc SSG Turner at carl.turner31.mil@mail.mil mailto:carl.turner31.mil@mail.mil  NLT 26 March 2021. The final training will be held on MS Teams on 30 March 21 – 1000. The MS Teams link will be sent out to those identified individuals prior to the training.

•             Inform and educate Leaders, Soldiers and Families using conversational methods to increase awareness of AER’s programs and benefits

•             Make AER “a Soldier’s first choice” when seeking financial assistance for valid needs

•             Contribute to the well-being of Soldiers and their Families by improving financial readiness

•             As a result of increasing awareness, encourage and offer more Soldiers the opportunity to donate to AER to help a fellow Soldier in need
