Feliciano’s military education includes the AR Officer Basic Course, MI Officer Advanced Course, Army Tactical Electronic Warfare/Signals Intelligence Operations Course, Imagery Intelligence Officer Course, Army Intelligence and Development Program - Intelligence, Synchronization, and Reconnaissance Course, Army Space Cadre Basic Course (Phase I and II), Joint Firepower Course, Digital Intelligence Systems Master Gunner Course, and U.S. Army Command and General Staff College.
Feliciano’s assignments were at Fort Cavazos, Texas, where he served as a Platoon Leader (Iraq) for Charlie Company, 2-8 CAV, 1st Brigade, 1st Cavalry Division and Company Executive Officer (Iraq) for Delta Company, 2-8 CAV, 1st Brigade, 1st Cavalry Division. In 2011 he transferred to the MI Branch where he served as the Squadron Intelligence Officer for 3-1 CAV, 3rd Brigade, 3rd Infantry Division and Headquarters Company Commander (Kuwait), Brigade Special Troops Battalion, 3rd Brigade, 3rd Infantry Division at Fort Moore, Georgia. Additionally, he was the Collection Manager for 1st Infantry Division, Fort Riley, Kansas, and Brigade Intelligence Officer, 2nd Brigade Armored Combat Team, 1st Infantry Division, Fort Riley, Kansas. Upon arriving to Fort Eisenhower, he served as the Operations Officer for 707th Military Intelligence Battalion and the 706th Military Intelligence Group.
Feliciano’s awards and decorations include the Bronze Star Medal, Meritorious Service Medal, Army Commendation Medal (2 Bronze OLC), Army Achievement Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Iraq Campaign Medal (1 Star). Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Korean Defense Service Medal, Army Service Ribbon, Overseas Service Ribbon, and Army Basic Space Badge.
Feliciano is married and has one child.
