Chris Conlin is the Deputy Chief, J22 Division (All-Source Analysis) for U.S. Forces Korea at U.S. Army Garrison Humphreys, Pyeongtaek, Republic of Korea, where he leads four branches executing Intelligence Integration, Regional Analysis, and North Korean Strategic and Conventional Forces.

A native of Chantilly, Virginia, Conlin commissioned through Officer Candidate School into the U.S. Army as an Infantry Officer in 2006. His education includes a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia and a Master of Business Administration from Webster University in Saint Louis, Missouri.

Conlin served as an Infantry Platoon Leader, Company Executive Officer, and Rear Detachment Officer-in-Charge with 2nd Battalion, 3rd Infantry Regiment, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 2nd Infantry Division at Fort Lewis, Washington, from 2007 to 2010. Following Military Intelligence Training at Fort Huachuca, Arizona, Conlin was assigned to 4th Brigade Combat Team, 1st Infantry Division, at Fort Riley, Kansas, from 2010 to 2014 where he served as a Brigade Assistant Intelligence Officer and Military Intelligence Company Commander. Conlin then served in the Headquarters of U.S. Forces Korea at U.S. Army Garrison Yongsan-Casey as an Intelligence Planner from 2014 to 2016.

After completing the Command and General Staff College at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas, Conlin served as the Brigade S2 for 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 82nd Airborne Division at Fort Bragg, North Carolina (known as Fort Liberty since 2023), from 2017 to 2018 and then served as Collection Manager, Analysis and Control Element (ACE) Chief, and Deputy G2 for the 82nd Airborne Division from 2018 to 2021. In 2021, Conlin returned to Korea where he served in the U.S. Forces Korea Headquarters as an Intelligence Operations Officer and Chief of the Military Capabilities Branch before being assigned as the Deputy of the All-Source Analysis Division.

Conlin is married and three children.
