USAFB Prepares for Presidential Inauguration Parade

The U.S. Army Field Band will conduct marching rehearsals this month in preparation for the 2021 Presidential Inaugural Parade. The USAFB will execute a parade sequence with an element of about 45-50 military musicians using road routes near their Fort Meade unit headquarters.

The USAFB will provide road guards and a trailing vehicle to alert approaching traffic of their marching formation. If possible. Rehearsals are scheduled for the following dates and times: Nov. 10, 12, 17, and 18, from 7:45 a.m. – 8:30 a.m.

The Directorate of Emergency Services is scheduled to provide some police escort/traffic management support.
