What is Military Police?
Military Police are a team of highly skilled, talented, and innovative professionals of character exercising disciplined initiative, with shared understanding, to develop and deliver to the Army the best United States Army MP Soldiers, Army Civilians, leaders, and capabilities for the current fielded force while bridging the MP Corps to the MDO capable force of 2028 and MDO ready force of 2035.
The Military Police Career
The Military Police Corps provides officers with a multitude a opportunities and experiences for personal and professional growth. The Military Police Corps holds several professional accreditations, such as the Federal Law Enforcement Training Accreditation (FLETA), The American Correctional Association (ACA), the International Association of Law Enforcement Intelligence Analysts (IALEIA), and the Department of Defense Peace Officer Standards and Training (DOD POST). Officers within the Military Police Corps set the standards of professionalism and conducts their duties of policing, investigations, corrections, and security and mobility support for the safety of their fellow Soldiers.
