The Soldier Readiness Processing Center is the validating authority for personnel, administrative, and medical readiness of JBLM Soldiers and civilians and designated Army National Guard and Reserve Soldiers preparing for mobilization or deployments. Our mission is to ensure all Soldiers are validated for deployments in support of worldwide operations in accordance with Department of the Army Personnel Policy Guidance for Overseas Contingency Operations and to provide full-service redeployment/reintegration support to all Soldiers returning from overseas deployments.

Deployments, Contingency Operations and Training Exercises

Unit and individual requests will be processed based on date, mission priority and availability.

 

Deployment / Contingency Operations require Level 2.


Prepare to Deploy upon Orders (PTDO) require Level 2, which include but may not be limited to:

Global Reactionary Forces (GRF)

Defense CBRN Response Force (DCRF)
Pacific Command Force (PRF)
Severe Weather Reactionary Force (SWRF)
Wildland Fire Fighting (WFF)

Training Exercises conducted overseas, to include Alaska and Hawaii, require Level 2.

Training Exercises conducted in the Continental U.S. require Level 1 (NTC, JRTC, YTC, etc.)

Periodic Health Assessment and Post Deployment Health Re-Assessment

Medical accepts individual walk-ins for Periodic Health Assessment and Post Deployment Health Reassessments from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. weekdays. For questions, please call 253-477-4245.

Scheduling for Immunizations

Medical performs immunizations on a walk-in basis, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. weekdays. To schedule an appointment for immunizations, please call 253-477-4245. To schedule unit immunizations, please email usarmy.jblm.imcom.list.dhr-srp-scheduling@army.mil

Scheduling for Pregnancy Tests

Walk-ins for pregnancy test are accepted from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. weekdays. To schedule unit pregnancy tests, please email usarmy.jblm.imcom.list.dhr-srp-scheduling@army.mil

Automated Neuropsychological Assessment Metrics

All personnel deploying must complete an Automated Neuropsychological Assessment Metric prior to SRP. This includes GS employees and contractors. For individuals, assessments being on the hour from 8 to 11 a.m. and 1 to 3 p.m. To schedule a group assessment (10+), contact Felix Rios at 253-968-4805. Assessments are performed at Old Madigan. Medical Readiness Clinic

The Medical Readiness Service (MRS) provides a range of services to support Soldier readiness for inprocessing, outprocessing and deployments. These services include:

  • Periodic Health Assessments (PHAs)
  • Pre Deployment Health Assessments (PreDHAs)
  • Post Deployment Health Assessments (PostDHAs)
  • Post Deployment Health Re-Assessments (PDHRAs)
  • Immunizations
  • Vision & Hearing screening
  • Lab draw samples from Service members to meet readiness and pre-deployment requirements

We service all active-duty Soldiers, including active duty reserve and Active Duty Guard Reserve (AGR) as well as civilian contractors assigned to JBLM. Access to our service is limited to unit arrangements for appointments through the SRP.
