What are the criteria for a compassionate reassignment, deferment or deletion?
Consideration is given only for problems that cannot be resolved through use of leave, correspondence, power of attorney, or help from other Family Members.

What documentation is required for a medical problem?
A signed statement from an attending physician giving specific medical diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment plan of illness. The statement will include date of onset, past and anticipated periods of hospitalization, period of convalescence, and anticipated life expectancy for terminal cases.

How long does it take to receive an answer for the Compassionate Reassignment request?
Each case is individually reviewed and approved/disapproved on a case by case basis.
