DHR helps Service members and their families maintain mission and family readiness by:

  • Providing key services throughout a Service member's career; from ID Cards and Relocation Readiness, to Out-Processing and Retiree Services.
     
  • Promoting and teaching resiliency, stability and self-reliance. Service delivery methods include one-on-one appointments, briefings, classes, and required annual trainings.


We are proud to provide support and resources for Service members (of all branches, including National Guard and Reserve), their Families, retirees and DoD civilians.

Stone Education Center

Home of the Army Continuing Education Services (ACES) program on JBLM, which provides academic advising to DoD ID Card Holders.  The Stone Education center also has seven colleges on site.

Additional services at this location include a testing center & language testing, ArmyIgnitEd & college support,  and tuition and VA benefits assistance.

Key Spouse Program Lending Closet (Limited Inventory)
Military Personnel Flight Retiree Activity Office (Air Force)*
Transition Assistance Program (TAP) Sexual Assault Response Program (SAPR)


* The Retiree Activity Office is an Air Force program staffed by volunteer retirees
