REACH - Resources Exist, Asking Can Help
REACH is a proactive mindset. REACH aims to change the culture of help-seeking in the military by placing the focus on the individual and their own need to engage in self care and not suffer in silence. Seek help early before problems escalate. Available to all Service members, Family Members, and DA Civilians.

Ask, Care, Escort - Suicide Intervention (T4T) Training
Training Available to E-6 and above.
Learn the skills to intervene in a suicide situation. Content of the training includes communication skills, risk and protective factors, stigma, warning signs, intervention skills, and the ACE method of suicide prevention.
