We have transitioned to a new appointment system. To schedule an appointment, please email us at usarmy.jblm.id-pacific.mbx.dhr-mpd-passports@army.mil and attach a copy of one of the following documents: 

  • Fully Executed Travel Authorization or Orders
  • Approved MILO or D-MILO
  • SIA Waiver & CMD Letter

If you are travelling within 15 days or less type "urgent" in the subject line. 

Please note that walk-ins are not accepted—all applicants must secure an appointment in advance. Thank you for your understanding.

JBLM Special Issuance Passport (SIP) Facility. We only process SIP for official business.  Tourist passports are not processed at this office.
