Standards are the engine of discipline and essential to success on the battlefield. The primary goal of the JBLM Standards Book is to guide and reinforce the high standards of conduct and appearance of all service members at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, in order to build and communicate professional habits, confident leaders, and a highly disciplined joint fighting force. We must maintain our vigilance at all times.
