ABOUT: The Army Continuing Education System's mission (ACES) is to create and lead the Army’s premiere education organization committed to excellence, innovation, and deployability. Counseling is an integral part of the individual's educational endeavors. The Education Staff is committed to providing quality services and programs to active duty personnel, Family members, retired military personnel, and Civilian personnel. Professional guidance counselors staff two Education Centers and provide a full range of adult and continuing education counseling. Individual counseling is available during normal duty hours on a walk-in basis. Counselors are also available to visit units and provide briefings to Soldiers and commanders on the education opportunities at Fort Bragg.

ABOUT: 406th AFSBn-Bragg provides the customers of Fort Bragg with sustainable full-spectrum logistics in the areas of Transportation, Maintenance, Plans and operations, and Supply and Services.

ABOUT: The ITO A/DACG section consists of a group of dedicated professionals providing quality customer service to XVIII Airborne Corps and Special Operations Forces, in support of world-wide air deployment operations. A/DACG provides customers with Air Load Planning support and preparation of the Shippers Declaration of Dangerous Goods (SDDG) forms. We serve as the focal point for deploying units, providing effective coordination, and customer service between various Army and Air Force Agencies. All 463L Pallets and nets should be immediately returned to the A/DACG as soon as the unit returns from its mission. This is to ensure that the equipment is certify for air worthiness.

ABOUT: Container Management is responsible for providing escort vehicles for Material Handling Equipment (MHE) Support. Escort vehicles must be government vehicles (i.e., HMMWV, LMTV, GSA.) NO EXCEPTIONS. Container Management is also responsible to ensure all containers issued for deployment have been inspected and certified IAW MIL-STD-3037.

ABOUT: The ITDSA is the final staging area for deploying Unit equipment, once it is prepared and documented for movement. This facility provides the final inspection, processing before being offered to the node of transport (Rail, Convoy, and Truck), and the operation/management for the final approval for all equipment departing Fort Bragg, plus it represents the transportation community’s verification that all deployment actions are accomplished.

ABOUT: MCC is the primary point of contact between the deploying unit, the installation, and other commands for overall deployment transportation support. The MCC provides a “snapshot” from In-Transit Visibility (ITV) of unit equipment moving through the deployment process. The office is normally closed Saturday-Monday, Federal and Training Holidays, but will operate on a 24/7 schedule during deployments. See below for normal operating hours.

ABOUT: The Freight Movement Office is responsible for providing transportation support via (small packages, LTL, Line Haul). We are also responsible for ensuring all commercial carriers used to move DOD freight are a certified DOD carrier and appear on the SDDC approved list of carriers.

ABOUT: Cape Fear Railway's mission as a premier power projection platform outlines the use of rail as a means of moving the deployable force by: -Servicing Fort Bragg and conducting/overseeing all Rail Operations. -Offering/Conducting Rail Loading/Tie-Down training for units and unit conducted training. - Assisting units during ULACC/ITDSA Operations prior to Rail Operations.

ABOUT: Unit Movements is the primary point of contact between the deploying unit, the installation and other commands for overall deployment transportation support. Unit Movements reviews, validates, and ensures each supported unit maintains current Unit Movement Data (UMD) on file with FORSCOM IAW FORSCOM/ARNG Regulation 55-1.

ABOUT: The Fort Bragg AMPO is comprised of six departments: In/Out Processing; Separations, Military Pay Processing; Customer Service; Reserve Pay and Military Pay Review. ABOUT: Service Orders (DMO) Online Submission FAQ PRIORITY 1: EMERGENCY These are issues that, if not addressed quickly, may be a hazard to human life, health, and safety or will cause significant damage to a facility or infrastructure. Examples of emergency issues include gas, oil, or steam leaks; heat or air conditioning failure in barracks; total building power failure; fire protection/fire hazards; and stopped-up sewer; etc. Estimated Response time: 1-24 hours *** Priority 1: Emergencies (including night, weekends, and holidays), must be phoned in. ABOUT: The Security & Intelligence Division serves as the principal staff office of the command responsible for matters related to intelligence and information security. The chief of the division serves as the command’s Senior Intelligence Officer (SIO) and is the Career Program Manager for CP35, Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS). Specific responsibilities of the division include: security clearances; coordination of foreign visits and information disclosure to foreign nations; access to classified information and activities; storage of classified information; destruction of classified media, security.

ABOUT: The Integrated Incident Management Center (I2MC) dispatchers receive all 911 calls made on the installation. The I2MC includes emergency dispatch, alarm detection, and mass notification. Mass notification systems are the "giant voice," Fort Bragg's all hazard sound, AM radio station 1700, AM radio signs, marquee for alert messages, and computer and telephone alert messages.

ABOUT: The Fort Bragg IPPS-A/PAS office manages installation personnel, accounting, strength reporting and the IPPS-A database for data accuracy and accepted timelines within the Department of the Army standards. Act as a liaison between Human Resources Command (HRC) and installation units to address ongoing IPPS-A issues, and provide possible solutions or feedback to the installation with technical and functional support. The services offered include IPPS-A User Assistance, Installation IPPS-A Operations, Personnel Asset Inventory (PAI), and Strength Accounting Reports.

ABOUT: Fort Bragg's Law Enforcement Center and Office of the Provost Marshal provides 24-hour law enforcement, force protection, and community assistance to Commanders, Soldiers, Family members, Civilians and guests of Fort Bragg and maintains liaison with federal, state and local law enforcement agencies and supports installations contingency operations. The Provost Marshal (PM) is installation commander's advisor for MP law and order operations. As the chief law enforcement officer on the installation the PM provides the installation commander with professional and technical advice concerning law and order objectives, policies, and directives.

ABOUT: Established on the installation in 1991, the Transition Assistance Program (TAP) is an integral part of the Army personnel life cycle. TAP provides comprehensive transition services to separating and retiring Soldiers, their Family members and Department of the Army (DA) Civilians. TAP counselors deliver the congressionally-mandated pre-separation counseling, job search training, assist in the use of automated-employment tools, conduct one-on-one employment counseling and facilitate employment workshops/seminars.
