Receives facility, real property work requests (Demand Maintenance Orders and Facility Engineer Work Request (DA 4283). Oversees DPW budget, Annual Work Plan (AWP), Self-Contracting Plan (SCP) and Resource Management Plan (RMP). Manages taskers, audit program, and conducts data analysis.
