- All Service Members separating, retiring, or completing 180+ days of active duty
- Registration required 12–24 months before separation at: armytap.appsplatformportals.us
TAP Process
- Initial Counseling (IIC) – Complete 366 days before separation
- Workshops
- Pre-Separation Counseling (benefits/resources)
- Army Day: My Transition, MOC Crosswalk, Financial Planning
- DOL One-Day (career tools & job search)
- VA Benefits & Services (health, disability, housing, career)
- Optional DOL Two-Day: Employment, Education, Career Exploration, Entrepreneurship
- Continuum of Military Service Brief (excludes MEB & 20+ year retirees)
- Capstone Event – At least 90 days before transition; CRS verified & DD2648 eForm completed
Window 2 Services (Wing G)
- For clearing, general questions, and scheduling Individual Initial Counseling (IIC) and Capstone appointments, you may also utilize Window 2 during normal business hours.
