Roadmap to Registering for Child and Youth Services
All children wishing to participate in any Fort Drum Child and Youth Service program must be registered with Parent Central Services (PCS). Participation in sports or at the Youth Center requires PCS registration only.
For full-time, part-time, or before and after school care, parents must first create a profile on www.militarychildcare.com (MCC) ⚠. There you will search for and request your care options. If a waitlist exists for your child’s age group, you will be added to the list. If you already have an MCC profile, simply add your Fort Drum care requests to that profile.
⚠ = Link to a nongovernmental site. IMCOM is not responsible for the content of links outside of home.army.mil.
After completing your MCC profile and care requests, you still need to register each child with Fort Drum Child and Youth Services in person at Parent Central Services, Suite A2-75 in Clark Hall, Bldg. 10720, Mount Belvedere Boulevard. When a child care space becomes available, PCS will notify the parent to initiate enrollment.
