*Online submissions and email requests are for non-urgent issues only and may take up to three business days to submit. Email requests are not viewed or processed after 3 p.m. daily, nor nights, weekends, and holidays.

**For issues of urgency, priority 1, or to submit service orders the same day, call the on-call DPW duty officer at (910) 396-0321/0322/0323/0324 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. 

*** After hours emergencies (night, weekends, and holidays), call (910) 396-0321 for the DPW on-call officer.

Privacy Act Statement: Authority: DA Pam 420-06, AR 420-1. Principal Purpose: To obtain information necessary for this garrison DPW to respond to a Service Order request. Routine Use: Information will be used by DPW and its contractors as needed to locate, diagnose and resolve routine Service Orders. The information might be gathered for historical records or statistical use within the limits of Army records management requirements (AR 25-400-2). In addition, any of the DoD “Blanket Routine Uses at http://privacy.defense.gov/blanket_uses.shtml may apply. Disclosure: Voluntary. Not providing information will limit the ability of DPW to respond to the issue. Note that service orders may be initiated via email, telephone or in person.
