GO Transit Shuttle Service
GO Transit provides free stop-to-stop, on-demand shuttle service around Joint Base Lewis-McChord. The on-base transportation system provides service to anyone with base access.
How to Schedule a Ride
Use the TransLoc App
Download the TransLoc app on your smartphone. Once you set up your account/profile, you can request a ride to pick you up at the closest pickup location.
Download TransLoc App InfoCall Dispatch
Schedule a shuttle by calling dispatch. Once scheduled, a shuttle will be dispatched to your location and you will be provided with an estimated pick-up and drop-off time.

Track Your Ride: When your ride is created, you will be able to track your shuttle location. The arrival time to your location and destination will be continuously updated.
Ride-Share System: If multiple passengers request to be picked up from different locations but dropped off at the same destination, the driver will stop and pick up those passengers along the way.
