Welcome! This page provides public access to documents and other information pertaining to Environmental Impact Analyses that have been released for public disclosure. This page assists in meeting the statutory and regulatory requirements for JBLM to provide for public disclosure and participation during the EIA process in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act, signed into law in 1970.

NEPA requires federal agencies to conduct environmental impact analyses prior to making decisions. On 30 April 2026 the DoW revised enterprise-wide NEPA implementing procedures that apply to all DoW Components. The enterprise-wide DoW NEPA procedures facilitate coordinated, consistent, predictable, and timely environmental reviews that are consistent across Military Departments.
