Welcome to the JBLM HMID Support Page

Effective October 1, 2025, the Hazardous Materials Inventory & Disposal (HMID) replaced EESOH-MIS as the Army's system of record for hazardous materials management. We created this portal to support your transition to the new system. Use the resources below to learn how to establish your HMID user account, complete the necessary system training, and efficiently build and maintain your Authorized Use List (AUL) within HMID.

How to Obtain an HMID Account

1

Download the Registration Form

Your first step is to download the official HMID Registration Form PDF.

Download Registration Form
2

Complete and Submit the Form

Fill out the downloaded form completely and email it to the DPW Hazardous Materials distro list. Once processed, you will receive an email with further instructions for training.

Email Completed Form
IMPORTANT: HMID login is tied to the email address attached to your Common Access Card (CAC). The system will not work with SOCOM, personal, or other email addresses. You must register using the email that is attached to your CAC.

JBLM Hazmat Tracking for Non-HMID Users

Contractors and personnel without access to HMID must still comply with hazmat tracking requirements on JBLM.

Action Required: Submit your HJB 953 quarterly inventory to:
usarmy.jblm.id-pacific.list.dpw-hm-inventory@army.mil

For assistance, please review the HJB 953 Instructions below.

NOTE: Whether you are an HMID or non-HMID user, if you need to add or remove materials from your AUL, you must submit the AUL Missing Materials Form.
