Spice up Your Life with Turmeric: Have you ever wondered what turmeric is and why it seems to be so popular these days? Pick up a free turmeric spice packet at the Flower Memorial Library in Watertown, and then join Julia for recipes using turmeric and other kitchen tips over Zoom at 3 p.m. Feb. 22. Goals on the Go: It’s not too late to meet with a nutritionist and other families over Facebook each Wednesday morning at 10 a.m. this month to help achieve your health and wellness goals in the new year.
