Deputy to the Garrison Commander, Fort Bragg

 Catherine Miller serves as the principal advisor to the Garrison Commander, providing senior‑level expertise in policies, programs, and installation management operations.

She previously served in senior leadership positions across the Army enterprise, including U.S. Army Garrison Alaska, USAG Italy, Soto Cano Air Base, Detroit Arsenal, and HQ IMCOM. Her experience also includes strategic-level service as a Northeast Asia Political‑Military Planner on the Joint Staff.

Miller holds a Master of Science from the National Defense University’s Eisenhower School and a Bachelor of Science from Troy University. Her professional development includes the Harvard Senior Executive Fellows program and the Indo‑Pacific Orientation Course.

Her awards include the Meritorious Civilian Service Medal, Superior Civilian Service Award, and the Joint Civilian Service Commendation Medal.
