Command Sergeant Major Paul I. Fluharty enlisted into the Army on 14 July 2000 and successfully completed 13B10-OSUT Training at Fort Sill, Oklahoma where he was awarded the MOS 13B (Cannon Crew Member).

CSM Fluharty earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Criminal Justice from Troy University and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Texas El Paso.
