This is an official U.S. Army mobile application and is provided as a public service by the U.S. Army. This App is developed and maintained by the 25th Infantry Division and is intended exclusively for use by Soldiers, Army Civilians, and their Families.
Privacy Act Statement
If you choose to provide us with personal information—such as filling out a registration form, RSVP, or contact form with email and/or postal addresses—we only use that information to respond to your message or request and to provide you with event-related communications.
This application does not collect information, maintain files on any individual, or create any system of records making it subject to the Privacy Act of 1974 as amended, 5 USC 552a, and 42 USC 2000ee-1, as implemented by 32 CFR 310, DODI 5400.11, and DoD 5400.11-R.
We will only share the information you give us with another government agency if your inquiry relates to that agency, or as otherwise required by law. We never create individual profiles or give your information to any private organizations. This App never collects information for commercial marketing.
Important: While you must provide an email address for certain App features, we recommend that you NOT include any other personal information, especially Social Security numbers.
App Purpose and Intended Users
Purpose
The App provides timely information regarding unit organizational day activities, including:
- Event dates and times
- Event locations and venues
- Activity schedules and descriptions
- Related announcements and updates
Intended Users
This App is specifically designed for:
- Active Duty Soldiers
- Army Reserve Soldiers
- Army National Guard Soldiers
- Army Civilian employees
- Family members of the above personnel
- Other authorized personnel as designated by unit leadership
This App is not intended for use by the general public.
Data Collection and Use
Data Shared with Third Parties: No data is shared with third parties for commercial or marketing purposes.
If the App collects data, it is used solely for authorized purposes. Except for authorized law enforcement investigations, no other attempts are made to identify individual users or their usage habits. Raw data logs are used for no other purposes and are scheduled for regular destruction in accordance with National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) General Schedule 20 guidelines.
Security
For security purposes, and to ensure that this service remains available to all users, this government application employs software programs to monitor network traffic to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information or otherwise cause damage.

Use of Cookies and Tracking Technologies
This App does not use cookies. We place no tracking information on your device, nor do we attempt to read information that may have been stored on your device by others.
Unauthorized Access Prohibited
Unauthorized attempts to upload information or change information on this service are strictly prohibited and may be punishable under:
- Computer Fraud and Abuse Act of 1986
- Identity Theft Enforcement and Restitution Act of 2008
- National Information Infrastructure Protection Act
Data Retention and Deletion
Retention Period
We retain personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, comply with legal obligations, and meet Army records management requirements. Data is scheduled for regular destruction in accordance with National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) guidelines.
Data Deletion
You have the right to request deletion of your data.
- If the App includes account creation, you can delete your account directly within the App
- You may request data deletion by contacting us (see Contact Information below)
- Upon verified request, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law
