Watertown City School District staff members announce 2020-2021 kindergarten registration
WATERTOWN, N.Y. – Do you have a child who will enter kindergarten in the Watertown City School District in September? Please call the elementary school that your child will attend to request a registration packet, if you have not already received one.
Along with the registration paperwork, copies of the following documents are required to complete the registration process: proof of residency, the child’s birth certificate and the child’s current immunization record.
All students are required to provide proof of immunization under Public Health Law 2164. For incoming kindergarten students, the required immunizations are as follows:

Mail your completed registration paperwork to the elementary school that your child will attend. If you are not sure which school your child will attend, call Central Registration at (315) 661-8338.
If you would prefer to drop off your completed registration paperwork, call the elementary school to set up an appointment. Due to summer hours, there may not be anyone available to assist you if you attempt to deliver your paperwork without an appointment.
