Mission:
The Military Personnel Division's mission is to ensure the full spectrum of military human resources programs, services and systems are professionally executed to support the readiness, mission and well-being of all organizations and Soldiers (active, Reserve and National Guard) assigned or attached to Fort Drum.
Vision:
Establish the Fort Drum personnel community and the Military Personnel Division as premier military personnel service providers. Develop the Fort Drum Military Personnel Division into a high performance work unit that applies modern business practices and technology in an effort to provide quality service and achieve customer satisfaction while providing a friendly work environment.
