The Fort Belvoir Army Substance Abuse Program's mission is to sustain readiness and promote a healthy lifestyle in the Fort Belvoir community by providing education and quality assistance in order to reduce the impact of alcohol and other drug abuse that affects Soldiers, their families, civilian employees and retirees.
