In/Out Processing
Soldiers and Government employees either assigned or projected to arrive to Fort Belvoir, should consult with their Unit S-1 or Organization Human Resources (Military) Specialist for direct points of contact for In/Out Processing.

Execute the delivery of military personnel services to Active Duty Soldiers, Reserve, National Guard, Retirees, Family members, Civilian employees, and the Fort Belvoir Community with the highest standards of excellence and customer service.
To sustain readiness and promote a healthy lifestyle in the Fort Belvoir community by providing education, quality assistance in order to reduce the impact of alcohol and other drug abuse that affects Soldiers, their families, Civilians Employees and Retirees.
To provide a superior place to work and train, and where all customers receive exceptional Records Management services IAW Installation Management Campaign Plan LOE#1 (Soldiers, Family, and Civilian Readiness).
The Barden Education Center provides adult education opportunities to Military Soldiers, Adult Family Members, Retirees and Department of Defense Civilians. Services include Educational Counseling, Testing, Functional Academeic Skills Training (FAST), Multi-Use Learning Facility (MLF,) Facility Space Management and On-post undergraduate and graduate college programs.
The Combined Federal Campaign (CFC), overseen by the Office of Personnel Management, is one of the world's largest and most successful annual workplace charity campaigns, with 36 CFC zones throughout the country and overseas raising millions of dollars each year with more than $8.6 billion raised since 1961. Each fall, federal civilian, military, and postal employees and retirees pledge funds and volunteer hours to help those in need locally, across the nation, and throughout the world.
The Combined Federal Campaign of the National Capital Area/Northern Virginia is the local campaign for federal employees and retirees in the Fort Belvoir Community.
