Appointment Day Expectations
What Happens if I Cannot Attend?
Notify the photographer before your appointment time if you are unable to attend. Failure to notify the photographer is considered a no call / no show.
Re-Shoot Requirements
Re-shoots are completed only as prescribed by AR 640-30. Re-shoots are generally limited to errors caused by the photographer or equipment.
Requests for a re-shoot require the appropriate digitally signed email or written chain-of-command request.
What Photo Types Are Available?
The Fort Leavenworth Photo Studio provides head-and-shoulders photos and Joint Services official command photos only.
DA photos and printed photo copies are not available through this studio.

Serves as an extension of the Commanding General by providing impartial advice and independent assessments of the morale, welfare, and discipline of the Command through assistance, inspections, investigations and training in order to improve readiness of the Command.

A primary element of retirement services is proper and timely counseling on the career status bonus (CSB), Survivor Benefit Plan (SBP) and Reserve Component SBP.
Instill policies and procedures for a comprehensive Garrison Safety Program. Provide technical advice to the Garrison Commander and staff on integration of safety and risk management into all missions and functions within the command.
Provide security support to all Garrison and non-mission government, military, and contractor personnel on Fort Leavenworth.
The SHARP Resource Center provides awareness and prevention, training and education, victim advocacy, response, reporting and follow up for sexual harassment and assault issues.
We provide transition and employment assistance to Soldiers and their adult family members who are transitioning from active duty.
The Training Office is responsible for: Reserving all training areas & ceremony / event sites; Unit ammunition requirements; Registering IMCOM students in Army Training Requirements and Resources System (ATRRS); Provide range certification training for military and privately owned weapons use.
The Transportation Office manages / provides the following services: Personal Property Processing Office, Official Travel (Port-Call) and service member passport and visa requests, Government (GSA) vehicles and Freight movement.
