Environmental Management at Fort Leavenworth is the means of conserving, protecting and restoring our natural and cultural resources while accomplishing the military mission. Proper environmental management and coordination at the installation are necessary to comply with Federal, state, and local regulations. In addition, it contributes to overall mission readiness by maintaining access to training areas, protecting the health and safety of soldiers and civilians, and improving public relations.
Fort Leavenworth is determined to execute an aggressive protection program to protect its personnel, their families, facilities, and materiel resources against terrorist attack. The goal is to deter attack by establishing a layered defense; one that maintains access control at the perimeter, implements baseline antiterrorism physical security measures as force protection levels escalate, and establish security for identified critical assets.

Housing Oversight Office is an advocate for residents of on-post privatized housing.
Housing Services provides relocation assistance and housing referral services for OFF POST housing to service members, families and DoD civilians.

Mission
Serves as an extension of the Commanding General by providing impartial advice and independent assessments of the morale, welfare, and discipline of the Command through assistance, inspections, investigations and training in order to improve readiness of the Command.

The Military Records section of MPD-AG / HRS makes changes to Service Members official records.
Photography Services provides Department of Army (DA) photos and Joint Services official command photos.
The Public Affairs Office supports the garrison by communicating on behalf of the installation and its leadership - providing clear, accurate, timely information to internal & external audiences. We employ a variety of communication strategies- including internal news and information products, media engagement, and public outreach.
Assist Soldiers and their Families who have been notified of an upcoming Permanent Change of Station (PCS), or also called Reassignment.
The Records & Information Manager (RIM) supports USAG Fort Leavenworth (FTLVN) in the following areas:
Assist internal offices to create & maintain a Records Management Program (RMP) according to the Army Records Information Management System (ARIMS); track and update their office symbols; provide guidance for their publication / printing mission and create official forms.
The Religious Services Organization (RSO) ensures that a professionally trained and ready Chaplaincy provides religious, spiritual, moral and ethical advice and services to the Combined Arms Command, Garrison, tenant organizations, and members of the military community.
The Retirement Services Program is designed to assist Soldiers and their Families in their transition to retirement and to keep them updated on their benefits and entitlements after retirement. This includes active duty, retirees, spouses, dependents, widows, widowers, former spouses, and veterans. A primary element of retirement services is proper and timely counseling on the career status bonus (CSB), Survivor Benefit Plan (SBP) and Reserve Component SBP.
Instill policies and procedures for a comprehensive Garrison Safety Program. Provide technical advice to the Garrison Commander and staff on integration of safety and risk management into all missions and functions within the command.
Provide security support to all Garrison and non-mission government, military, and contractor personnel on Fort Leavenworth.
The SHARP Resource Center provides awareness and prevention, training and education, victim advocacy, response, reporting and follow up for sexual harassment and assault issues.
We provide transition and employment assistance to Soldiers and their adult family members who are transitioning from active duty.
The Training Office is responsible for: Reserving all training areas & ceremony / event sites; Unit ammunition requirements; Registering IMCOM students in Army Training Requirements and Resources System (ATRRS); Provide range certification training for military and privately owned weapons use.
The Transportation Office manages / provides the following services: Personal Property Processing Office, Official Travel (Port-Call) and service member passport and visa requests, Government (GSA) vehicles and Freight movement.
