Fort Leavenworth will resume normal operations tomorrow, Jan. 27, 2026. Personnel should consult their first-line supervisors for unit-specific guidance and complete individual risk assessments prior to travel. Snow gates will remain closed until conditions allow for safe reopening. Please continue to use caution while traveling and check local road conditions when planning your route.

All Snow Gates are OPEN as of 1414 on 26 January 2026.

SHERMAN GATE: OPEN M-T 0630-0830 inbound and 1530-1730 outbound and on Fridays 0630-0830 inbound and 1430-1730 outbound.

HANCOCK GATE: CLOSED

VISITOR CONTROL CENTER (VCC): OPEN M-F 7 a.m. - 4 p.m.
