MISSION:
The Fort Leavenworth Garrison Housing Oversight Office (HOO) advocates for the residents of privatized, on-post housing and provides local command leadership with visibility and tracking of tenant issues. The HOO acts as a liaison between tenants and the private housing partner to address maintenance matters, resident’s concerns, quality control, and to improve the communications process between the housing service provider and their customers.

REGISTER WITHIN 5 DAYS
New to post or just got a new pet? Head to the post Veterinarian Clinic within 5 working days to register and provide proof of vaccination. Collar tags must be worn any time your pet is outside.
PET DEPOSIT
A refundable $250 deposit per pet is required at move-in or when you acquire a new pet. Up to 4 pets are allowed per household.
LEASH UP
Physical leashes are required whenever your pet is outside a fenced area. Electronic collars and invisible fences do not meet this requirement.
SCOOP THE POOP
Carry a bag, clean it up. Failure to do so may result in a $25+ fine. Uncleaned yards may be serviced by maintenance at a charge of $50 per occurrence.
BREED RESTRICTIONS APPLY
Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, Chows, and wolf hybrids are not permitted. Contact the FLFHC office if you have questions about your specific breed.
DON’T LEAVE PETS ALONE TOO LONG
Pets should not be left unattended indoors for more than 10 hours or outdoors for more than 12 hours.
