Testing is available by appointment ONLY. No walk-ins allowed!

Poillon Scholarship:
The John Williams Poillon Memorial Scholarship was established by the Arthur J. Poillon family in 1965, following the death of their son, John, in an automobile accident on the Centennial Bridge. At the time, Arthur J. Poillon was a Lieutenant Colonel assigned as an instructor to the Marine Corps Element of the Command and General Staff College. The family’s intent was to provide a tribute to their son as well as an enduring expression of the family’s fondness for the Fort Leavenworth community. Major General Poillon entered the Marine Corps in 1945 after graduating from Princeton University. His 35 years of service included tours of duty in China, Korea, and Vietnam. He is a graduate of both the Command and General Staff College (1964) and the Army War College. See application information in the documents below:
