In-Processing Fort Jackson

All Permanent Party Soldiers arriving at Fort Jackson between the hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Friday, must report in uniform for in-processing in Room 200 in the Strom Thurmond Building located at 5450 Strom Thurmond Blvd, Fort Jackson, SC 29207.
Soldiers reporting after duty hours from 5:01 p.m. to 7:59 a.m. and on weekends/federal holidays, should sign-in at the InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) located at 7550 Cherbourg St.,  Fort Jackson, SC 29207. After signing-in at the IHG, all Solders must report in uniform to Room 200 in the Strom Thurmond Building at 8 a.m. on the next business day for in-processing.

Note:  If utilizing after hours sign-in at the IHG front desk, the Soldier is responsible for their own lodging. IHG cannot guarantee that they will have a room available without a prior reservation. For more information, call (803) 782-9802. Fort Jackson IHG serves the entire Fort Jackson Community, space and availability are limited.
