Our Mission

The PSOB assists Soldiers in obtaining the following orders: Permanent Change of Station (PCS), Temporary Change of Station (TCS), and Promotion. NOTE: Soldiers are highly encouraged to go through the unit S-1 for more efficient customer service.

This office coordinates (through unit level S-1s) training and technical support for eMILPO users and processes requests for PERNET, EDAS, eTOPMIS, and iPERM systems.

Levy Briefings are conducted at 9:00 a.m. on the second Thursdays of each month at the Directorate of Human Resources, BLDG 1189 for personnel who are notified of permanent change of station (PCS).
