Mission:
- Quickly and fairly settle claims against the Army, which arise out of activities of the Army and DoD agencies within the geographic assigned by the United States Army Claims Service.
- Protect the financial interests of the United States in asserting affirmative claims against third party tortfeasors.
We support IMCOM's Base Support Services and Infrastructure Sustainment by fairly and timely resolving claims against the United States and by holding tortfeasors responsible for damage to Army and DoD property.
