The Juvenile Review Board (JRB) hears cases involving criminal activity committed by minors on Fort Belvoir.  It provides an alternative to prosecution in Fairfax County Juvenile Court for certain offenders.

Eligible offenders and their parents/sponsors are asked to sign a contract agreeing to abide by the findings of the board and fulfill any punishments that are handed down.  To be eligible for the JRB, the offender must be under 18 years of age, it must be a first offense, and the offender must have admitted guilt for the crime.  Eligible offenders will be contacted by the Juvenile Review Board Coordinator.

The Juvenile Review Board Coordinator, can be reached at 703-805-4408.
