Miscellaneous Services:  Other services provided by MPD like In-Place Consecutive Overseas Tour (IPCOT) and Emergency Leave.

IPCOT REQUEST FOR ORDERS WITH NEW ATTACHED (COT RFO)

Soldiers stationed OCONUS receiving orders to an in-place consecutive overseas tour (IPCOT), or on PCS reassignment to another overseas duty station, may be authorized Government-funded travel and transportation allowances in connection with authorized leave.

 

EMERGENCY LEAVE FOR NON-PSDR UNITS

Emergency leave is an essential unit coordinated service provided as needed.

The Military Personnel Division processes Emergency Leave Requests only for Personnel Delivery Design Non-PSDR Units. All other units must contact their Unit/Battalion/Brigade S1 for processing. Units with brigade or battalion S1 in Korea should contact their unit for Emergency Leave Request processing.
