Receives facility, real property work requests (Demand Maintenance Orders and Facility Engineer Work Request (DA 4283)) at Work Reception Desk located at Bldg. 6140, 1st Floor, telephone DSN 756-4357. Schedules all O&M work and sends customers' work requests to the O&M shops for execution.

Engineering Division
Provides engineering and design services; performs contract inspection and contract administration for minor construction, maintenance and repair projects, and contracted services. Processes construction work permits and provides site release. Conducts pre-final and final inspections for new facilities; instrumental in facility acceptance and transfer to the Garrison.
