ARMY CONTINUING EDUCATION SYSTEM (ACES)

Army substance abuse program (asap)

The Army Substance Abuse Program mission is to strengthen the overall fitness and effectiveness of the Army's workforce, to conserve manpower and enhance the combat readiness of Soldiers. Visit our webpage  ASAP.

Civilian Personnel Management (CIVPER)

Roles and responsibilities include Human Capital Management, Personnel Status and COVID reporting, CIVPER Policy Management and CIVPER Program Management, including:

  • PERSTAT and COVID positive/quarantine tracking
  • IMCOM Directorate of Training (ID-T) Recruitment Tracker of 110-day hiring model
  • ID-T Accessions Dashboard metrics evaluation and briefing
  • Form 13 tracking and Resource Management coordination
  • CPAC/CHRA Liaison
  • OIP Records Repository for Recruitment, Relocation and Retention Packets
  • AutoNOA and DCPDS RPA system training and support
