Admin Records
Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday (except Holidays)
Background (Local Records) Check: Drop off all required paperwork to the admin section in the Police Station (Bldg 212) during normal duty hours. Records checks can take up to three (3 ) working days to process.
Police Reports: There is a minimum wait time of 10 days for all police reports (PRs). Other PRs can take much longer depending on the type of incident and the investigation required. Requests for PRs must be submitted in person by visiting the Admin Records section in the Police Station (Bldg. 212).
The Subject/Victim or Commander are the only ones authorized to pick up PRs. Exceptions may be granted if submitted in writing.
Commander's Report of Disciplinary or Administrative Action:
DA From 4833 will be sent to the Command following an incident. The commander will complete the DA Form 4833 within 45 days of receipt and return it to the Directorate of Emergency Services Office.

Instructions: In order to clear with the Fort Buchanan Police, service members and federal civilians are required to report* to Bldg 212 at Building 212 on Freedom's Gateway.
*All service members placed in the Installation Support Module (ISM) are pre-cleared unless they have pending actions. Clearing papers will indicate if the service member is pre-cleared.
Service members and/ or federal civlians are required to bring copies of PCS/ETS/Retirement orders along with their clearing papers in order to be cleared.
